OTBI Pivot Table Issue–Unable to Retrieve Questionnaire Response Text and Response Answer Correctly

We are using the subject area Workforce Management - Checklist Real Time to retrieve the following attributes:

• Questionnaire
• Question Text
• Response Answer
• Response Text
• Person Number

It is important to note that:

• Response Answer corresponds to the answer selected in the questionnaire
• Response Text corresponds to the free-text answer entered by the user

Our objective is to build an OTBI report where:

• Each questionnaire question appears in a separate column
• The corresponding answer is displayed under each question column

To achieve this, we implemented a Pivot Table approach based on recommendations from existing community posts. We also applied a column formula to remove existing HTML tags from the Response Text values.
