Create outbound load via integration in advanced inventory management

Summary:

Shipments will be planned in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) according to transportation capacity and then pushed into Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory Management. Based on this planning, we want to automatically create outbound loads in Fusion. These loads will then be released, packed, and shipped. Please advise if any REST services or any alternatives are available to achieve this functionality.
