Has anyone had any success in unarchive document of records along with the attachments?

Summary:

I am trying to unarchive some documents in document of records, issue is there are about 100,000 that need to be unarchived. I can unarchive the item in archive document of records and select unarchive which would take a very long time, or I can do it with an HDL load to unarchive the items but when I do it I am running into a roadblock with getting the attachments to unarchive and only getting the document without the attachment.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
1095-Cs were set to archive after 365 days but when the process runs for the past year they all get archived right away so they are not accessable for the employees. This has been addressed so they are no longer going to archive, but I cannot cancel it from Archiving altogether without getting the already archived items.
