BULK item in WO create component Substitute variance- wrong

Bulk items causing Component Substitution Variance same as any other Component Substitution Variance. We need different account for variance caused by BULK compared to variance caused by subtitute.

Component substitute variance is triggered if Item in Work Definition is not transacted on WO or an item is added as adhoc/ substituted in WO.

Bulk items causing Component Substitution Variance same as any other Component Substitution Variance. BULK items exists both in WD and WO but since it's BULK it is not backflushed as per the seeded functionality.

We need different account for variance caused by BULK compared to variance caused by substitute. We are not able to use a different account as all such variance are reported together as total component substitute variance as costed at WO close against the parent item not at individual component level.
