Verify data loaded into environment and check transaction count

Summary:

We are looking to verify the number of transaction loaded via the integration job in the pipeline matches the row count that we sent in the file

Trying to figure out if there is a way for us to see the total number of rows that were ingested into the ARCs system as part of that pipeline run so that we are prove to our auditors that all the data was ingested without gaps
