Redwood - Auto Creation of Purchase Order from Purchase Requisition

Description (Required): We are facing an issue where after Redwood updated Purchase Requisition is getting converted to Purchase Order without Buyer Intervention. We have checked all the required configurations that confirms the creation of Automatic PO i.e. the PO does not contain BPA/CPA and PO is not checked with Negotiation check box.
