Project Planning - Add Project Business Rule (OPF_Add Project) Failing – Unknown Member Error

There is a form named Project Details. At the top of a cell in this form, I right-click and select "Add Project". This action opens a popup where I enter the required details such as Project Name, Project Description, Project Start Date, and Project End Date.
After providing all the necessary information and clicking the OK button, I immediately encounter the below error
