email notifications on successful data loads

Summary:

For ARCS Data management, We do get email notifications for data load failures, but for the instances when the data loads do not run probably due to server unavailability, admins do not get notified at all.

The pre-assumption automatically becomes that it might have run successfully since there is no email for data load failure.

So to avoid this scenario, Is there a way to drop email notifications to the admins after the data loads are successful as well ?
