How to delete workflow errors in the infotile

I hope you're well. We're having trouble deleting a Mass Transfer workflow error from the Infotile, even though the transaction was processed successfully with another transfer group. The delete option is grayed out, and we've tried all available security roles, including Asset Accountant and Asset Administrator, with no success.
Could you please advise on how to remove this error? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
