Configure Action Page in Redwood not showing all reasons

The Configure Actions page under work structure in redwood version is not showing all the reasons in redwood version. We have Termination action with close to 200 reasons associated. But the page in redwood is not showing all reason values. But RUI / responsive page shows all reasons associated.

We see 25 reasons only. Is there any limitation on this page or any possibility to maximize the viewing capacity ?
