Summary:

While receiving Spot Bids from carriers in OTM, we are observing that OTM is not automatically awarding the bid to the lowest-cost carrier after the Expected Response Time expires.

Currently, once the Expected Response Time passes, the Spot Bid Tender simply moves to a “No Response” status instead of auto-awarding the shipment to the carrier with the lowest received bid.

Could anyone please provide some clarity on whether there is any specific OTM property, parameter, or configuration that needs to be enabled/setup to achieve automatic awarding of the Spot Bid to the lowest bid carrier?
