AI Agent Studio: Monitoring does not show session data

in AI for Fusion Applications

Summary: We have 2 agents deployed to production and want to use the Monitoring and Evaluation functionality in Agent Studio to monitor. We have the ESS Job "Aggregate AI Agent Usage and Metrics" running daily and are able to see the deployed agents on the monitoring tab but when we click on the agent name to drill down into the sessions all it ever shows is "There is nothing here so far". Any idea why data is not being populated here?
