Need Clarification on Security Role Conditions for AI Agent Access

Summary:

We are configuring access for an AI Agent (Team Goals Assistant) and have assigned multiple security roles under the Security tab.

Currently, the following roles are included:

• ORA_HCM_IRC_HIRING_MGR_WF_AGENT_ACCESS (Hiring Manager Workflow Agent Access) – intended to give this agent access only to core leaders
• PROV_HCM_AI_AGENT_ACCESS_JR – intended to provide basic chat/AI agent access

We need clarification on how Oracle evaluates these roles for access:

• Does the system require both roles to be assigned (AND condition) for a user to access the AI agent?
• Or is access to Team Goal Assistant AI Agent granted if a user has
