Assign Learning Trainings Automatically base don the security role added to user profile

Hi Team,
Today, we manually assign training once security roles have been implemented. We want to automate this, in a way that when a security role (for example- learning Admin) is assigned to a user account, the related trainings should get automatically assigned to user profile.

Please suggest how to automate this.
