Transfer and Queue Change Internal Notes Not Appearing on Requests After 26B

Summary:

When a ticket is transferred, we no longer see the Internal Notes that would show to whom the ticket was transferred to. This used to work even if Transfer Notes were not entered. We are also seeing this content missing if the Queue is changed.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When a ticket was transferred, under Internal Notes, we'd see who transferred the ticket and who the ticket was assigned to. We no longer see this content on the Messages tab. Same with a Queue change. I didn't see anything in the 26B release notes regarding a change to this functionality. We didn't have to enter anything in the Notes field when transferring for the Internal Note to appear. Now it seems like something has to be entered.
