PBCS–Planning Webform / Smart View Unresponsive After Long-Running Business Rule Execution (>5 min)

Hi All,
We are seeing an issue in PBCS where Planning webforms and Smart View (Excel) become unresponsive after submitting data that triggers business rules running longer than ~5 minutes.
The rules complete successfully on the backend, and data is correctly saved. However, on the front end, Excel keeps spinning and never returns control, forcing users to terminate the session manually.
This behavior does not occur for rules under 5 minutes.
We have already set extended timeout values (Receive, KeepAlive, ServerInfo = 900 seconds), but the issue still persists.
Has anyone experienced similar behavior or found a workaround for long-running rules in Planning/Smart View?
