26B manager concierge workspace agentic app -absence approvals not appearing as an action

We are in the process of testing the manager concierge workspace agentic app 26b and can see absences awaiting approval however there is no where to action this. Is there anything we are missing on our end to enable this?

We have also noticed a pending journey notification was visible, however selecting it resulted in an error. We're not aware of how to resolve these issues so if anyone has some insights that will be helpful.
