Redwood: Return date should not be earlier than departure date

Summary:

Hi Experts, I have created two DFF fields in Redwood: Departure Date and Return Date. The requirement is that the Return Date should not be earlier than the Departure Date. If a user enters a Return Date before the Departure Date, an error message should be displayed. I tried using validation rules, but I don't see greater than (>) or less than (<) operators available for date comparison. Is there any other way to achieve this validation in Redwood?
