Learner cannot launch course, Offering Progress displaying blank and no Activities found

Summary:

We have a specialization with 7 courses. Many learners have already completed the specialization with no issues.

Recently multiple learners have reported an issue completing courses within the specialization.

One learner completed 5 of the 7 courses. Enrolled in the remaining 2 courses. The 2 courses are not showing any activities.

Learning Assignments' Offering is displaying Progress as blank. Normally it shows 0/2.

Offering's Manage Activities shows no data found.
