Bulk Plan Failure Despite Valid Rate Record Available

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding bulk planning in OTM.

We often encounter situations where an order cannot be bulk planned into a sell shipment or buy shipment, even though a valid rate record is available and can be found by OTM.

However, if we manually perform planning at the order level (instead of bulk planning), the order can be planned successfully using the same rate.

What are the common reasons for this behavior?

Are there specific constraints, itinerary settings, agent actions, parameter configurations, shipment compatibility rules, or bulk planning logic differences that could cause bulk planning to fail while order-level planning succeeds?
