Transactions imported through ADFDI exceptions not visible interface

Summary:

HI,

I have imported transactions through ADFDI , import costs program is successful. Might be there is issue and its in exceptions. Count is showing as 3 because ADFDI is loaded 3 times, when i click on count 3 only one row is showing up in interface. From backend i am able to see 3 exceptions.

Could you please suggest what could be the issue.
