Learn Admin Redwood: Self Paced Learning Reconcile Learning Assignment is NOT available

Reconciliation issue for Self-paced learning ‘online courses’ -

BEFORE:

After moving Learn admin pages to Redwood, Reconcile Learning Assignments was available for the learn admins as an option for a Self paced learning when a content item was updated.

Navigation path: My Client Groups > Learning Catalog > Select any self paced learning > go to Definition tab > update the Learning content item

AFTER:

But now, after performing this action, the option to reconcile is NOT available. Despite changing the content within ‘definition’, there is no option to reconcile as there should be like in the screenshots below. This appears to be completely missing and learners remain in their ‘in progress’ state rather than reverting to ‘not started’.
