Should test users be deleted from OIC before a P2T refresh
We have a number of test users that we reload into our test environment following a P2T. Since the recent OIC IAM upgrade we have had issues where newly created test users in the target environment are not being provisioned correctly as Fusion user accounts. The worker/person records are created successfully via HDL, but for the affected users:
no row is created in PER_USERS, or
the user cannot be searched correctly in Security Console and the application returns “User GUID cannot be null, and in some cases we now have duplicate users in OIC
This appears to be new behaviour as we didn't have issues prior to the OIC IAM upgrade. Do we now have to remove the test users from OIC to ensure a clean upload can be carried out following the P2T
