OTL - Time Entry Layout Component Time Type shows no values during Time Entry

Summary:

Time Type attribute in Time Entry Layout doesn't show a value

Even when I have below setup ensured -

(a) Added the Expenditure Type value to the Time Type Layout component

(b) Enabled and added the HCM group

(c) Have the Layout Set included with the Time Type Attribute

(d) Have the HCM group assigned with Time Entry Profile

(e) Have Layout set assigned with Time Entry Profile

(f) Also the backend query for Time Type LOV values, show a value as expected

What am I missing more?
