Urgent: Tenancy login issue and disabled ARM instance

Hello Oracle Support and Community Team,


I am writing to formally request the re-enablement of my Ampere A1.Flex compute instance in the Phoenix region. It has been unexpectedly flagged as "Administrative Disabled" with the error: "is disabled and will not accept any action requests."

Context & Remediation:
This server is in active daily use for my business automation and development workflows. I suspect this lock might have been triggered by automated anti-abuse system false positives or minor security flags related to traffic patterns.
I am ready to review my security configurations and ensure full compliance with OCI policies. I have attached the screenshot of the current "Disabled" state from my console.
