Do we need Fusion Endpoint configured in OTM 26 B to use Generative AI?

Summary:

We are getting 'No Fusion AI endpoints are available.' Error while using Analze SQL , do we need to have fusion end points confuired ? and have Fusion AI Studio access to use Generative AI in OTM?

we have the property glog.genAI.enabled set to true
