How to handle Date Format mismatch between Source (MM/DD/YYYY) and Data Integration (MM-DD-YYYY)?

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue with date format synchronization in Data Integration (Data Exchange) and would like to know how you usually work around this limitation.

The Context:

• In our application, the member properties for our date Member "Tentative BU/ITS Approve" are correctly set to the "Date" data type.

• In the general application settings, we can configure and use the MM/DD/YYYY format.

• Our users provide data files where dates are formatted with slashes, for example: 12/25/2026.

The Problem:

When setting up the File Import format/target options in Data Integration, the system only allows us to select
