Trigger IBLPN INFO for LPN movement

Summary:

We have a scenario where we need to send the IBLPN information to the MHE system when it is delivered to the induction location. After that, the MHE will perform the sorting process and return the Pick Confirm/Close LPN message to WMS.

When we use the Distribute LPN task type, the result is close to what we expect; however, the process creates the OBLPN, which does not meet our requirements since the OBLPN will be created and sent by the sorter.

We understand that Internal Picking Task would be the correct option to use, but the task is not generated when we use the allocation UOM LPN with no distribution.
