Continue to calculate duties and taxes from Descartes for remaining lines if one or more lines fail

Summary:

Currently, if some mandatory information like product classification code or country of origin is missing at line level for any of the lines, duties and taxes calculation fails for all lines. There is a requirement to continue to process duties and taxes calculation for the rest of the lines that contain necessary and not fail the duties and taxes calculation even if some of the lines have missing data. Is this possible?
