Approver is not able to see the pending approval transaction

Hi All,

Greetings!

We have come across an issue during HCM Transaction approvals.

The transaction has been approved by 1st or 2nd level approver, but the 3rd level approver does not see the pending approval details anywhere.

There is no notification received by the respective approver and that is not visible in the worklist as well for that approver.

This is not the issue with the specific approver, but that seems to be happening for others as well.

If anyone has come across this issue and/or has any relevant inputs - please share the same.
