Workforce Structure HCM Tree - Organization vs Department

Hi,

our client is guessing the possibility to create two different trees: one based on Organization tree and anothere one that is a Department tree.

Is it possible to have both a Department tree and an Organization tree in the system or do you see any limitation?

Considering that at the moment all the Area of Responsibility are based on a Department tree, what could be the impact of associate an Area of Responsiblity based on Organization Tree to a specific HRBP?
