The process 'Process User Access' is supposed to be scheduled once a day as per the Oracle document : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/faiml/process-user-access.html.

But, client wanted the process to be ran every 1 hour so that the learnings will reflect within less time to employees. Please let me know is it ok to schedule it more than once a day? Can we run it hourly? Will there be any performance issues by doing that?
