Unable to copy Project Costing attributes from the time card to Payroll Costing attributes

We are using the delivered Fast Formula WFM_TCR_COPY_AND_CONVERT_PROJ_COSTING_ATTR_AP and are experiencing an issue with the delivered functionality.

Configuration completed:

• Attached the delivered Fast Formula WFM_TCR_COPY_AND_CONVERT_PROJ_COSTING_ATTR_AP to the appropriate Time Card Rule Template and Time Card Rule.
• Fast Formula compiles successfully without any errors.
• Users can enter Project, Task, and Contract Type values on the time card.
• Time cards can be saved and submitted successfully.

Expected Behavior:

The delivered formula should automatically copy the time card Project Costing attributes and populate the corresponding Payroll Costing attributes in the
