Operation Scrap with Assembly pull component is not getting calculated properly

We have work orders, each WO consists of 8 operations. At 1st operation, we have assigned component with assembly pull. We did scrap 10 qtys at op 3. So 10 qtys of assembly pull component are scrapped and issued from op 10. Then we need to validate scrap cost for that scrap operation so we ran costing programs and checked review work order costs. So in scrap output costs, whatever component we scrapped its not showing correct unit cost. However, when we complete all the operations and close the work order then that scrap cost for that component is showing
