Task Manager Attribute Sorting – List Order Not Respected in Dashboards or Schedule Tasks

Summary of Issue

We are trying to use a Task Manager attribute (list type) to represent Workday values (e.g., Day -7, Day -5, Day -1, Day 0, etc.) and have them display in the correct business order in both:

  • Operational dashboards (charts)
  • Schedule Tasks UI (column sorting)

The goal is to avoid using numeric prefixes (e.g., “01 Day -7”) so that the values remain clean and user-friendly.

What We Are Trying to Achieve

Desired order:

Day -7
Day -5
Day -1
Day 0
Day 1
Day 2
Day 10

We want this order to be respected:

  • In dashboards (chart axis)
  • In Schedule Tasks when sorting by the attribute column
