Post Processing lead time compression

Summary:

In a constraint plan (process manufacturing), Is there any way we can compress the post-processing lead times for Buy Items?. Marking an item as 'Enforce purchasing lead time = No' compresses only the processing lead times.

We cannot run unconstrained plan for process manufacturing.

Tried by 'Firming' demand (forecast) as well. It is not compressing 'post-processing' lead time.
