Oracle Transaction, Items array is missing from the JSON Schema of the Transaction

Quote/Transaction Line Items are missing from the JSON/XML Schema

As part of our Business/operations process in CPQ, most often, we want to update the Contract (Transaction) to extend the 'Contract End Date" as part of Customer Contract extension. This generally works well without any issues, until we discovered very recently that following the Contract update, it fails when we want to send the data to an external billing system via OIC Integration. The OIC end-point URL is triggered by a Commerce Action button > Adv Modify Before Formula > BML script.
