Assign a project to multiple programs

Summary

I did demonstrate the Program feature during a CRP session in Nov/Dec 2025 time period and the system did throw an error message when I attempted to assign a project to multiple independent programmes. Users have tested just now in the UAT and this time no errors were returned for the same scenario. This is the Oracle documentation screen shot and it appears to behave contrary to what has been documented too in UAT. This will create problems in program reporting as the same project is being reported in several programs. If this was a change in functionality then how
