OCI Free Tier: APEX 24.2.17 Completely Broken in Dubai Region (me-dubai-1) - Inaccessible

Hi community,

I am running a Free Tier Autonomous Database in the Dubai-1 (me-dubai-1) region. For a long time, I was actively working on my development applications, but recently (without any changes from my side), the Oracle APEX environment suddenly broke overnight.

Now, whenever I try to access the APEX Administration Services, Workspace login, or any of my applications, a browser alert pops up with the following message:"There is a problem with your environment because the Oracle APEX files have not been loaded. Please verify that you have copied the images directory to your application server... Your current path is /i/24.2.17/"
