Grow Career Paths – How to Configure Multiple Career Paths

Hi everyone,

I have been exploring the Career Path functionality in Oracle Grow and would appreciate some guidance from those who have implemented it successfully.

So far, I have only been able to configure and display job progression paths on the Grow page. The functionality appears to support a linear progression from one job to the next and I haven't been able to make multiple career paths work as expected.

Our business requirement is to provide employees with multiple potential career paths (for example, branching career options from a single role into different functions or specializations), rather than a single linear progression.
