Add attachments in the Smart Text feature in HR Help Desk Request

Hi Everyone
Smart Text in HR Help Desk allows agents to use reusable text fragments when composing messages or chatting with employees. We would like to explore and know if there is a way where we can add document also as an attachment in the smart text. So that there is no need of adding predefined smart text and attachment separately while responding.
Please let us know if this is possible
