is there a way to preserve nmbhr when calling /changeLegalEmployer rest api?

Summary:

using

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers/{workersUniqID}/child/workRelationships/{PeriodOfServiceId}/action/changeLegalEmployer

to do global transfer but the system user type got changed from "Not Managed by HR" to "NonWorker"
