Can some shed some light on what the different fields in staffing plan indicate with some real examples.

  1. Staffing level
  2. Range values and Range increment
  3. Volume
  4. Minimum Staffing level
  5. Volume headers in grid.
  6. Staffing ratio.

If staffing plans and workload plans are both created, then when generating the schedule system considers staffing plan or workload plans?
