Custom Supplier Screen Access Issue Without Admin Role

We have developed a custom Supplier screen using VCS and OIC integration. Currently, the screen is accessible only when the user has the Admin role assigned. However, once the Admin role is removed, the user is unable to access the screen.
We would like to understand which specific roles or privileges need to be assigned to users so they can access the custom screen without requiring the Admin role.
