Position synchronization updates assignment with attributes corrected at Position level

Hi Team

Can anyone confirm if Person assignment attributes will get updated by Synchronize Person Assignments from Position ESS job when someone Corrects Attributes like Grade, Job, Department, Manager at position level in Correction mode instead of Update mode . I have observed attributes updated at position level with effective date are getting sync with person assignment but attributes corrected in correction mode at position level are not getting updated at assignment level. Please confirm
