Order line field not hidden despite visibility condition

I have configurated a negative visibility condition for a field in the order lines, specifically to prevent a certain user from viewing that field.

However, even though the condition has been configured correctly, the user is still able to view the field. The visibility restriction does not seem to be applied for that user.

How can we resolve this issue and definitively hide the field?
