Retriving the deleted records in OTM using REST API

Hi Team ,

In Oracle document we got to know that we can retrieve the deleted records from OTM using REST API for a given date range.

and below is the information which we can see in above link
Ca you please confirm which URL info we need to use for Target URL ?

highlighted below in BOLD Letters where URL mentioned as

https://objectstorage.us2.oraclecloud.com and https://servername.us2.oraclecloud.com

Question :
1) Should we need to replace the above 2 URL's with our OTM instance URL ?
2) Below Username:password — Does this user need to be available in both OTM and Source System(AzureData bricks)
