We need a Groovy script that sends notifications to queue members when a HelpDesk request is created

We require a Groovy script that sends notifications to queue members when a Help Desk request is created and assigned to a queue during the request creation process.

Currently we are using a groovy script which sends notification to queue members when the Request is assigned to Queue based on the assignment rules after creation.
