Hi Community,

We are experiencing an issue where certain planners are unable to edit the Firm Quantity field on planned orders in the Redwood Supply Planning module, while at least one user on the same team can edit it without any issues.

Situation:

  • User A can edit the Firm Quantity field on planned orders without any issue.
  • User B cannot edit the same field — it appears read-only for him.
