26B: Employees NOT visible on Change Worker Type page

On Change worker type page - the employees list is NOT visible - tried with multiple filters and search criteria - employees are NOT displayed.

Note:

  1. ESS jobs to ingest data were recently run post 26B upgrade.
  2. Change Worker Type priv is already available on the user role.
